Expressive on the nose, with notes of violet and mulberry. On the palate, gentle tannins frame a core of red berry fruit, with just a touch of raspberry-ripple ice-cream. Juicy and fresh on the finish; the lasting impression is that of fresh-picked strawberries on a warm summer day. We have also changed the closure to a Diam 10 origine, using beeswax instead of synthetic glues to hold the fibers together, a more natural closure.

Ripe, pure, raw, natural and savoury bouquet leads to scents of crumble clay and stone, a fine dried herb quality and aromas of red berries, plum and some soft natural fruit spices. Fruit-led on the nose and palate with flavours that mirror the bouquet, some savoury botanical qualities, plenty of acidity for freshness and a lengthy cool finish. The energy continues and flavours remain persistent/. A summer drinking expression and best enjoyed from December 2024 through 2028.

Our Pinot Naturel is a wine that offers immense drinking pleasure, uncomplicated, expressive and with youthful freshness, energy and underlying tension. The nose exhibits pure Pinot fruit, aromas of freshly crushed forest berries with a hint of subtle earthiness but also some lifted floral notes resulting from the partial whole bunch fermentation. The palate continues the same youthful fresh flavour profile, supported by a gentle tannin grip to give the wine structure and length. A delightful summer red, joyful yet by no means simple.

There’s a lovely perfume and purity of fruit that touches the senses first. Black Doris plums and dark cherries sit nicely alongside scents of stone and clay, dark florals and a whisper of vineyard spice. Dry, fresh, fruity, youthful, there’s some tautness from fruit tannins and acidity then flavours that reflect the bouquet. Balanced, well made and ready to drink from day of purchase through 2027+.

Pristine and elegantly perfumed, showing sweet cherry, violet, olive and game nuances, followed by a juicy palate delivering silky mouthfeel together with beautifully infused tannins. FROMM Pinot Naturel 2021
Vivid red/purple colour. Immediate appeal on the nose, exhibiting primary Pinot fruit with fresh, dark forest berry aromas that lead to the youthful, firm and focussed palate. The wine has an intensely aromatic and pure flavour profile with a distinct “Macération Carbonique” fragrance from the partial whole bunch fermentation, which also adds a gentle CO2 lift, giving an elegant mouthfeel to this otherwise high energy Pinot. Very fine tannins and a long aftertaste.

Splendidly ripe and fragrant with Black Doris plum, blueberry, floral and olive notes, it's concentrated and impressively weighted on the palate delivering outstanding fruit purity and persistency. A youthful, vibrant, almost exotic bouquet of wild red berries and roses. Scents of dark plum and dark cherry juice, some soft natural fruit savoury textures and fleshy core fruit scents. On the palate - delicious, ripe, fresh, fruity and real. Fruit tannins and acidity build texture on the palate with a core of red cherry, rapsberry and fresh fruit for contrast and flavour. A lovely example, new, fresh, natural and real. Best drinking from 2022 through end of summer 2026. Okay to serve chilled.

FROMM Pinot Naturel 2017
The newest addition to the FROMM family, our 2017 Pinot Naturel is vibrant, energetic and uncomplicated. It can be drunk young and slightly cooler and offers a delightful and energetic alternative to our established Pinot Noir range. 
Organically grown and made, this Pinot has had no adjustments and no additives (except for the tiniest touch of sulphur at bottling).

"Wild yeast fermented without any additives until minimal sulphur was added prior to bottling. Unfined and unfiltered. Juicy wine with plum, cherry and some savoury/herb flavours. A simple, satisfying and easy-drinking Pinot."
