FROMM Chenin Blanc 2022 - 750ml
An enticing and appealing nose of green apple skin, white orchard flowers and a touch of chalk dust, leading into a palate that gives an immediately ripe and mouth-filling impression, balanced by a fine citrus acidity. Notes of sun-warmed apple, fresh from the tree, a heady apricot-kernel note and the impression of the lifted early-evening aromatics of a summer garden. The finish is long and refreshing, leading you effortlessly towards the next sip.

FROMM Chenin Blanc 2020 - 750ml
This Chenin Blanc comes from the Wrekin Vineyard in the Brancott Valley. The colour is pale yellow with a greenish hue. On the nose this wine could easily be mistaken for a Chablis with its austere, cool nose, chalky minerality and subtle floral notes, which follow through on the saline-inflected palate that is focused and tight structured without being forceful or aggressive. The wine is uncompromisingly dry with firm but moderate acidity, resulting in a refined texture on the long and refreshing finish, perfect with freshly shucked oysters.

From the Wrekin vineyard in the Brancott Valley. Bone-dry chenin blanc with oyster-shell, mineral, citrus, and green apple flavours. A bracing wine. 02 NOV 2021

23 Sep, 2022 – Inviting aromas of fresh grapefruit, hazelnut and sliced lemons. Medium-bodied. Juicy and succulent on the palate with driving acidity that runs the length of the wine leaving a lingering finish. A little tangy. Delicious. From organically grown grapes. Drink or hold. Screw cap.

FROMM Chenin Blanc 2018 - 500ml
This is our first Chenin Blanc endeavour and we’re certainly happy with the result. Hand-picked, then crushed and pressed into 228L and 600L Burgundy oak barrels for wild yeast fermentation until bone dry. Matured in barrel on fine lees for 12 months. Not fined, vegan friendly.

A vibrant nose opening with hints of crisp green apples, lime and lemongrass before leading into fierce chalky/flinty, even oyster shell, minerality all combining with subtle bakers’ yeast savouriness. The palate confirms the pristine and concentrated citrus fruit which is interlaced with a lovely texture, tight structure and refreshing acidity. The palate is left cleansed and ready for the next sip. An effortless pairing with fresh white fish or shellfish.

This very attractive, fresh-lemon and grilled-hazelnut style has such supple, grapefruit and pithy-lemon texture. The crispness and fresh, fleshy resolve is impressive. Smooth,
long and gently creamy lemons to finish. Drink or hold. 500ml bottle.
