FROMM Riesling Spätlese 2023- SOLD OUT
Expressive and open on the nose, with vibrant citrus, lime-flower and beeswax characters. The palate leads with a fragrant, fresh-cut-lime acidity, which dances over notes of wildflower honey, elderflower, apricot and dried mango. There is not inconsiderable sweetness here, but the freshening acidity brings balance, creating a pleasing and moreish impression in the glass.

Immediately enticing in the glass. Aromatic and open on the nose, with appealing notes of lime blossom and elderflower. The palate is pure and concentrated, with ripe citrus and white nectarine notes melding with subtle wildflower honey notes. The finish is fresh and clean; pure, vibrant lime acidity perfectly balancing the richness of the spätlese style and leads to lingering finish of crushed chalk and white flowers.

FROMM Riesling Spätlese 2021-SOLD OUT

The wine has a greenish/light straw hue and offers classic Granny Smith apple, lime and mandarin peal aromas with some delicate orange blossom florals, all held together with an understated flintstone minerality. The palate is delightfully direct, intensely fruit-driven with a sweetness that is perfectly balanced by the wine’s acidity and firm structure and finishes with a cleansing, mouth-drying taste sensation.

It's fabulously restrained and elegant with crunchy apple, nectarine, lemon curd and flinty aromas on the nose, leading to a brilliantly fine palate offering seductive sweetness and racy acidity, finishing persistent and mouth-watering. FROMM Riesling Spätlese 2020 - SOLD OUT

The colour is pale yellow with a greenish hint. The nose opens with pure, vibrant Riesling aromas and an understated complexity, a touch of lemon rind and peach notes, also orange blossom florals. The sweet entry on the palate quickly gives way to a mouth-watering, citrus infused taste sensation and a flavour density that is balanced with cleansing, ripe acidity and subtle flintstone minerality to give a long and “moreish” finish. And with only 7% alcohol, you can indeed enjoy the extra glass.

FROMM Riesling Spätlese 2019

FROMM Riesling Spätlese 2019 is bright and juicy with enticing vibrancy. This Riesling initially reveals hints of fresh Granny Smith apples, lemon sherbet and kick of feijoa before unravelling to show complex flinty minerals. The palate is sweet but not at all cloying, with tantalising fruit underpinned by a crisp line of balancing acidity and pithy phenolics which ensure you're eager for the next sip (or guzzle).
