FROMM Pinot Noir 2017
A bright and pure Pinot with good fruit weight and sweet spicy undertones. Layered and harmonious with a structural complexity yet offering lovely drink now approach-ability.

Fromm's entry level pinot noir and the only one sealed with screwcap rather than cork. Appealing cherry and violet aromas with bright berry and spice flavours. An attractive and accessible wine, with a supple texture and perfect balance of acidity and fruit sweetness. Perhaps a little simple but with good varietal identity. 2019-2023 11 MAR 2019

"Certified organic, the 2017 vintage (4.5*) is a blend of grapes hand-picked from four vineyards - Quarters, Churton, Yarrum and Fromm - in three districts. Matured for 14 - 16 months in French oak barriques (less than 10 per cent new), it is bright ruby, full-bodied and complex, with concentrated, ripe, youthful, savoury, slightly nutty flavours and a firmly structured finish. Best drinking 2021+."
