All items on this website are priced in New Zealand Dollars inclusive of GST. Delivery charges apply
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of payment being received. Fromm Winery endeavour to deliver products to the stated address within 3-5 working days. Please note that delivery to Rural locations may take up to 7 days.

Fromm Winery must be informed no later than 3 days after receipt of goods if the product has been damaged in anyway.
If the order has been damaged in transit, or If the customer is dissatisfied with the item(s) (e.g the wine appears to be corked or incorrect item) then the customer should contact us within 7 days. For Fromm Winery to process the refund/exchange, the item must be sent back to the Winery to be assessed so that we can approve/reject the refund. If your refund has been approved we will promptly process the credit payment to your bank or alternatively, offer an exchange for the same item.
On receipt of goods If the customer wishes to amend or reduce their order Fromm Winery cannot offer a refund.
