"Pinot Noir from a distinguished hillside with concentrated cherry, berry and spice flavours supported by classy French oak. Impressive power and purity with exciting cellaring potential. The fruit is supported by reasonably assertive sappy tannins that suggest a whole-bunch component that will contribute toward the wine’s complexity with further bottle age.”

"Pale to medium ruby-purple in Color, the 2014 Clayvin Vineyard Pinot Noir has notes of kirsch, warm cranberries and red currants with hints of garrigue, lavender and loam. Medium-bodied, it presents a pleasantly earthy style with red berry and gentle herb Flavours coming through in the Long, silken textured finish.”

“A nose of dark rose, earth and bramble. The fruit has density and stillness mid-palate, offering up dark berryfruit, Indian spice and dried spiced fruit mix notes. Underpinning the fruit is a well organised, graceful structure, an enabler of the remarkable length this wine provides. An elegant, taut, beautiful pinot.”

“An exceptional pinot from their north-facing, clay soil vineyard in the Brancott district, the gloriously complex bouquet shows dark cherry, truffle, clove and cedar characters with nuances of dried herb and game. It is beautifully fine and elegant, and offers waves of gorgeous flavours and rich texture, superbly framed by an abundance of polished tannins. The wine flows beautifully and exhibits delectable ripe fruit flavours together with stylish savoury notes.”

"The 2014 FROMM Pinot Noir Clayvin Vineyard delivers darker fruits on the nose, heading towards deep plum and darker cherry fruits with flecks of vibrant raspberry. It smells beautifully ripe. The palate is supple, elegant and juicy, marked out with pristine fine tannins that are saturated in layers of sweetly ripe and succulent cherry flavour. A pleasure."
